privacy.

i.what we collect.

When you sign up, we store your email, display name, and the photos you upload of your clothing. We also keep a log of when you wore what, your weather location (if granted), and the calendar events you let us see.

In plain English: account info, clothing photos, where & when. Nothing more.

ii.why we collect it.

Photos let the AI categorise garments and extract colour palettes. Location enables weather-based suggestions. Calendar lets us read context like "gallery opening, 6pm." Without these, the app does not work — but each is optional.

iii.where it lives.

All data lives on Google Firebase (Firestore + Storage) under our project. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Service accounts have least-privilege access. The Firebase project ID is dressmeai-b3acd; you can audit the security rules in our public repository.

iv.third parties.

We use Sentry for crash reporting (no personal data; only stack traces and device info). We use Stripe for payments (we never see your card). If you enable virtual try-on we send the garment image to FASHN.ai. That's it. No analytics SDKs. No ad networks. No data brokers.

v.what we will never do.

Sell your data. Show ads against your wardrobe. Use your photos to train models that aren't yours. Share your closet with brands. Build a "social wardrobe" that broadcasts what you wore yesterday. Add dark patterns to keep you subscribed.

vi.how to forget us.

Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. Or visit outfyx.com/delete-my-data. Either way, every trace — Firebase docs, Storage objects, Sentry records, server logs — is removed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation.

If you want a copy of your data before deletion, email admin@outfyx.com and we'll send an export.

vii.region-specific rights.

EU/EEA — Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your data. UK — Under UK-GDPR the same rights apply. California — Under CCPA you may opt out of "selling" (we don't sell). All requests: admin@outfyx.com.

viii.changes.

If we change anything material we'll email everyone with an account and post the diff at the top of this page. We will not bury changes in footers.
