terms of service.

i.account & access.

You must be 13 or older. Provide accurate information at signup. You are responsible for the security of your credentials. One person, one account. No bots, no scraping, no resale of credentials.

Translation: be a real person, keep your password safe, don't share accounts.

ii.acceptable use.

You may not scrape the service, reverse-engineer the algorithm beyond what's reasonable for personal review, harass other users (if community features open), upload illegal content, or use the app to harm anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this.

iii.content ownership.

You retain ownership of every photo you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable license to store and process them to make the app work — generating embeddings, extracting colour, surfacing outfit suggestions. We will never use your wardrobe to train models that do not benefit you. AI suggestions are produced for you; you do not own the suggestions themselves, but they are non-exclusive — you may copy, alter, or ignore them.

iv.payment & subscriptions.

Three tiers: free, style+ ($12/month or $108/year), and unlimited ($49/month or $441/year). All payments via Stripe or Apple/Google in-app purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund window: 14 days, no questions asked, for first-time subscribers. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancel any time. No "winback" emails.

v.termination.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or via /delete-my-data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach acceptable use, fail payment, or harm other users. If we terminate without cause we will refund pro-rated unused subscription time.

vi.disclaimers & liability.

Outfyx is provided "as is." AI suggestions are not professional styling, fashion, or shopping advice. We do not guarantee outfit suggestions will flatter you, fit you, or be appropriate for any occasion — taste is personal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

vii.governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of London, unless local consumer protection law in your country grants you the right to sue locally — in which case it does.

viii.changes.

If we change these terms materially we'll email everyone with an account and post the diff at the top of this page 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.
